Join us as we launch his new cookbook, Vegan 100

We’re trying a vegan diet for 2018 and to kick things off we’re being joined by celebrated chef-turned-blogger Gaz Oakley for a special vegan dinner.

The man behind Avant-Garde Vegan, Gaz Oakley will be cooking up five courses of classic, indulgent dishes – such as beef Wellington and fish n chips – using only vegan ingredients. With over 250,000 subscribers on YouTube showcasing his exciting creations, this is your chance to taste the delicious dishes cooked by the man himself.

That’s not all however. As we’re celebrating vegan diets, we’ll also have a vegan wine list for the night. Then, once you’ve finished your meal, Gaz will be signing copies of his brand new cookbook ‘Vegan 100: Over 100 Incredible Recipes from Avant-Garde Vegan’, so you can get your hands on a copy two days before its official release.
