Tuck into a new dining experience

Championing classic British food, Dan Doherty has been Head Chef of several acclaimed restaurant around London before opening the ever popular Duck & Waffle in 2012. After earning several rewards and releasing his first two cookbooks, ‘Duck & Waffle: Recipes and Stories’ and ‘Toast Hash Roast: Real Food for Every Time of Day’, Dan is now launching his own supper club.

After launching at the Knightsbridge Fifth Floor Terrace last year, Dan Doherty is now bringing his supper club all over the UK – visiting Harvey Nichols Leeds, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.

This will be a unique dining experience, celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients and greenery, reflected in both the menu and the space. Each venue will be transformed and adorned with plants, ceramics, herbs and bulbs for one night only – or in Manchester, for a day and night as there will be a brunch as well as a supper club.

The exclusive menu will consist of a complimentary Silent Pool cocktail on arrival matched to some light bites, followed by the main course which is inspired by some of Doherty’s favourite flavours and European cuisines. For closers, there’s a delicious twist on a classic British dessert to tuck into.
