Dine on classic dishes and the finest flavours of the season

We’ve given our menu a makeover at Harvey Nichols, Birmingham with new inspiration, a new style, and new flavours. Championing eating seasonally, our Head Chef Stewart Mackie and his team have created starters, mains and desserts that combine the best of our classic dishes with the finest ingredients – many locally sourced. Join us to enjoy the most delicious part of Harvey Nichols – whether it’s for a post-shopping refuel or three-course dinner.

With quality and freshness at their heart, the dishes draw on traditional flavours and contemporary techniques. For starters, try beetroot carpaccio with popcorn, wasabi and goats’ cheese; scallops, black pudding and apple; or smoked duck, turnip and blackberry. Mains include a warming duck leg ramen with noodles, sesame, pickled ginger and egg yolk as well as a seafood risotto with mascarpone, sea herbs. To finish, try a gluten-free chocolate brownie with Cherry, cherry ice cream and roasted white chocolate and a classic banana split with chocolate sauce and cherry purée.

Served up with our seasonal heroes are our Harvey Nichols classics: the beef burger, superfood salad, fish and chips, chicken club sandwich and Caesar salad. Together, they create a mix of British classics and new favourites with a signature Harvey Nichols twist.
