Celebrate vegan dining with golden beetroot, aged balsamic and rosemary salt on granary; roast tofu, marjoram lemon, sage, cranberry & onion stuffing on white bread. Savouries include chestnut & mushroom sausage roll; try plant-based puddings such as lemon meringue pie and coconut and pineapple cake.
