Created by Head Chef Lee Heptinstall and his team, with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions, you’ll cook a three-course dinner for two people using the finest local and seasonally sourced ingredients. From ham hock terrine with fennel ketchup and rich venison shortcrust pie to creamy gingerbread panna cotta, eating in has never tasted so good.
