LIAM DILLON’S THE BOAT INN POP-UP

Harvey Nichols welcomes Chef Liam Dillon, of Great British Menu, for a residency this June

Chef and owner of The Boat Inn, Liam Dillon, is bringing his culinary expertise to Harvey Nichols, Birmingham, with weekly pop-ups at The Brasserie every Monday this June.

Liam Dillon has trained at world-renowned restaurants including Marcus Wareing, La Becasse, Five Fields and Story, as well as stints at Noma, Eleven Madison Park & Quay. He recently competed in Series 16 of Great British Menu 2021, representing the Central region, and has been chef-owner of Michelin-recommend and three AA Rosette Restaurant The Boat Inn, in Lichfield since 2017.

His pop-up at Harvey Nichols will feature a six-course tasting menu including some of his Great British Menu classics such as the fish course ‘The Apple’ and pre-dessert ‘The Jigsaw’.

Guests will have the option to order drinks from the a la carte Bar menu or from a specially designed wine pairing menu, curated by Wine Specialist Michael Tully. The menu will also cater for vegetarians, pescatarians and gluten-free dining.
