EASTER DRINKS
Whether you’re cooking a delicious lamb dinner or nibbling on your favourite chocolate eggs, Easter isn’t complete without the right drink to accompany the festivities. From sparkling wines to an extra special digestif, our edit below features a selection of the best Easter drinks. Browse below to find your perfect tipple.
1. CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINE
Not that we ever need a reason to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, but the Easter weekend is traditionally a time of celebration, of spending time with family and friends, and of raising a glass to a joyous occasion. While we might be celebrating at home rather than with our nearest and dearest this year, you can still toast with the very best.

2. WHITE WINE
Follow tradition and forgo meat on Good Friday – instead treating yourself to a delicious fish dish. Whether succulent seafood such as salmon or sea bass; shellfish like crab, scallops or shrimp; or decadent offerings such as lobster and oysters – partner your choice with a glass of white wine. Our elegant selection includes everything from pinot grigio to sauvignon blanc.

3. RED WINE
Roast Lamb is the traditional dish of choice for Easter Sunday roasts. Opt for herb-crusted leg of lamb or perhaps garlic and rosemary slow-roasted shoulder of lamb. Or, for a real Easter feast, choose a roast rack of seared lamb. Just be sure to partner with perfectly crispy roast potatoes and a glass of our finest red wine.

4. SWEET WINE
Whilst a cup of something warm and steamy is the perfect accompaniment to traditional hot cross buns, many Easter sweet treats deserve a complementary glass of something a little stronger. Simnel cakes, spiced almond and orange puddings (and any home-cooked crumble) all make delicious matches to our sweeter wines.

5. LIQUEUR
On the eve of Easter Sunday, after all the egg-citement of egg hunts, Easter feasts and a brisk country walk, sit down to enjoy a little indulgence - safe in the knowledge that you're not at work in the morning... So as you sip on a delicious glass of chocolate liqueur, remind yourself enjoying a little cocoa is just as reasonable for us adults, too.
