This multi-regional Chardonnay truly reflects the winemakers’ mantra of going where the fruit grows best and where it best suits style. With each distinct region bringing nuance to the final blend, we see Tasmania giving a backbone of struct flint and steely minerality, Adelaide Hills imparting subtle white stone fruit and cured lemon, and Tumbarumba’s high altitude vines bestowing lime, lemon and wet stone minerality.
