Your dedicated Private Shopping Consultant will talk you through a curated edit of looks chosen specifically for you. Consultants are based in our flagship store, so if you’ve chosen a virtual appointment, they can walk you through any department during the video call.

Before the day of your appointment, your Personal Stylist will give you a call to learn more about you, and what you want to get out of your appointment, be that a new season wardrobe refresh or an outfit for a special occasion. This ensures we have a pre-selection for your appointment that is tailored to your personal style and wardrobe needs.

If anything takes your fancy during a virtual appointment, your purchase will be dispatched from the store using your chosen delivery service as soon as the next day.

As your appointment is with an in-store Personal Shopping Consultant, they will share their personal contact details for future shopping or appointments.
