The elegant and robust Rosé achieves its delicate hue and subtle nose with the inclusion of 15% Pinot Noir vinified “en rouge”. The grapes, from selected vineyards in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Cumières, are fermented and added to the blend as red wine prior to the second fermentation.
