Brasserie & Bar
The Forth Floor Brasserie is open seven days a week, offering all day dining. Providing everything from sumptuous lunches and snacks, afternoon tea, coffee and cocktails, as well as seriously good suppers. The Brasserie is flexible, casual and welcoming - the perfect destination for eating and drinking in Edinburgh. Relax while overlooking the Edinburgh skyline and sample fabulous drinks from an extensive menu that features an impressive list of wines and Champagnes, including a variety of vintages, as well as our amazing cocktail list. Our bar area is the perfect venue for mid-shop pit-stops as well as more special celebrations.

Our Forth Floor Bar offers a more intimate space in which to sample fabulous drinks from our extensive menu, from fine wines and Champagnes to creative cocktails.
