At OXO we are working hard to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers. We are accepting bookings of up to six people from one household or support bubble only. Please be respectful of others, including our staff, by adhering to social distancing guidelines where possible, throughout your visit. Please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or are required to isolate. By working together we can make sure your visit is a safe and enjoyable one.

– A risk assessment has been completed based upon the current government guidelines. This is an evolving document and forms the basis of our Covid-19 operating procedures
– Customers must vacate the premises by 11pm in accordance with government regulations. Arrival times and departure times are staggered to allow for this to happen safely
– Face coverings must be worn by customers at all times when moving around the venue, but can be removed when seated at your table
– Staff have received extensive training and will maintain high levels of personal hygiene at all times
– All our staff will wear face coverings when in customer accessible areas
– The number of staff have been reduced in the kitchens and restaurants to allow for social distancing
– We are required to collect contact information for one member of your party as part of the test and trace program, this information includes name, contact number and party size for any reservation or walk-in diners. More information can be found on the NHS website
– Both the restaurant and brasserie are displaying NHS Test and Trace QR codes at the entrance. We encourage app users to ‘check-in’ to our venue by scanning this code on arrival
– We have increased the cleaning regime of tables and chairs between each sitting and will use antibacterial solution
– Hand sanitising stations will be positioned at key locations throughout the premises for guests to use
– Please pay via contactless means where possible

Visiting the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie


– Please arrive ten minutes before the time of your booking and wait on the ground floor until your party have arrived
– Hand sanitising stations will be positioned at the entrance and all guests will be required to use them on arrival
– The lifts will be restricted for use by one reservation / table at a time
– The OXO Tower building policy requires everyone to use the hand sanitiser stations before entering the lifts
– Staff will greet you in the lobby on the 8th floor and show you directly to your table
– We are sorry but we will not be operating a cloakroom facility nor will customers be able to arrive early and wait in the bar


– Table spacing has been adjusted in line with government guidelines
– Single use menus will be available for customers
– QR codes will enable customers to view all our menus on mobile devices
– All food and drink must be ordered and consumed at your table
– When dining in the bar a ‘substantial’ meal must be ordered along with your drinks

Rest rooms

– We have increased the regularity, rest rooms will be cleaned and sanitised throughout the day and evenings
– We ask that customers use hand sanitiser before and after using the facilities
– If rest rooms are in use and it is not possible to adhere to distancing rules, please wait outside

Other information

We have combined the Bar and Brasserie allowing customers who wish to visit us for a casual drink and bar snack the same level of safety as those dining in our Brasserie.
