Get over the Sunday blues by joining us for a roast
If there’s one thing that the British do best, it’s roast dinners. Whether it’s lamb or beef, mint sauce or Yorkshire puddings (always, always Yorkshire puddings) or carrots or sprouts, there are many different ways you can do a roast – but we like ours with a view.
Executive Head chef Jeremy Bloor has taken this seriously and gone for a good helping of roasted beef sirloin, juicy roasted carrots with a creamy potato fondant, a crispy Yorkshire pudding (of course) and a side of red wine sauce.
