OXO have been awarded 3-stars by the Food Made Good sustainability report, the highest accolade possible.
We’re full steam ahead into the new decade, and unless you have abstained from the internet and all forms of media you will most likely have some idea of the environmental issues facing our planet and the urgent need to change our behaviour and reduce CO2 emissions. With the Mayor of London, Sadiq Kahn, pledging a Carbon Neutral London by 2030, never has it been more crucial for everyone to do their part.
At OXO we take sustainability incredibly seriously, with the hospitality industry branded as one of the top 3 for food waste, we are constantly looking for ways to target problem areas. To achieve 3-stars in our latest Food Made Good sustainability report is something we’re extremely proud of. But we have no plans to sit back and relax as we continue to look for opportunities to do more. This is the decade for change and over the coming months we will be sharing more stories of what OXO are doing to make a difference. From ensuring we work with suppliers who share our values all the way to supporting our local community.
