The Restaurant is serving up a 4 course tasting menu with an aperitif for £39, featuring a trio of delectable amuse-bouches followed by citrus-cured salmon with seaweed tartar and slow-cooked lamb rump with goat’s curd. Peach tart fine with lemon verbena ice cream will ensure that you round off the meal with a smile on your face.
In the Brasserie, you can choose a starter, a main and a dessert from its 3 course set menu, served with a cocktail for £33. Dishes include bucatini pasta with pistou and spinach cream sauce and chargrilled pork rib-eye with smoked almond and roasted pepper relish. Dessert options range from blueberry and tonka cheesecake to raspberry brûlée with almond shortbread .
