Our new summer menus are arriving, just in time for the warmer months.
Boasting mouth-watering dishes perfect for the summer weather, the range of tempting starters, mains and desserts features the very best and freshest seasonal ingredients.
Drawing on classic flavours and giving them a contemporary twist, our summer menus are guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Choose from delicious starters, including warm duck salad with mushroom paté and citrus-marinated salmon with black garlic emulsion. Then, it’s time to move on to the main event: you’ll be stuck for choice between wild mushroom and smoked celeriac lasagne with buttermilk and maple emulsion and seared scallops with cannellini beans and slow-cooked pancetta.
Saving the best until last, our new desserts include poached meringue with orange and wild fennel custard and white and dark chocolate mousse with lilac poached pears – both of which will guarantee you’ll be finishing your meal with a full belly and a smile on your face.
