Everybody loves roasties. But Ross & Ross takes them to the next level. There’s almost no point in bothering with any of the other trimmings when you’ve roasted potatoes in the finest Cotswold Rapeseed Oil infused with smoke, rosemary and garlic. Crispy and epically flavoursome, your roast potatoes will be the talk of the town on Sunday, and every day of the week after.

Ross & Ross know their way around a festive feast. Their Christmas Roast Dinner Box was crowned winner of the Gift of the Year Award 2018 in the competition’s Festive category. Ross Whitmill and Ross Bearman – who have worked with Raymond Blanc, Malmaison and Paxton & Whitfield – source their ingredients from the top producers the Cotswold has to offer.

The guys recommend Maris Piper potatoes, parboiled for 15 minutes. Then drain, season, ruffle gently by shaking the pan with the lid on and leave to steam for 20 minutes in the pan. Heat the oven, then pop in your roasting tray with the oil. When almost smoking hot, carefully tip in the potatoes. Roast for 25 minutes, flip and roast for a further 25 minutes.
