On a mission to solve the what-to-drink-when-you’re-not-drinking-alcohol dilemma Seedlip simulates the experience of drinking alcohol via a complex botanical flavour profile that marries astoundingly well with tonic water.
The debut drink from the brand Seedlip Spice 94 is an aromatic and earthy blend of copper-pot distillates including allspice cardamom lemon and grapefruit. It is crafted in a similar manner to a gin just without the alcohol – and no added sugar or sweeteners. Seedlip can be served over ice in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with a range of mixers and works particularly well with straight tonic and a grapefruit twist.
