Stila's highly pigmented matte mahogany brown Stay All Day® Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner has a 'stay-not-stray', reliable colour payoff delivering intense, vibrant colour that stays all day. Moisturising ingredients ensure colour glides on smoothly, with no tugging or pulling, and the waterproof formula won’t budge or fade and contains Vitamins C & E to provide antioxidant defense. What’s more, this Smudge Stick can be used as a classic pencil liner or as an eye shadow by simply smudging with your fingers or a brush. No sharpener is necessary, simply twist to propel and apply the instant colour-release formula.

Apply to lash line and blend into a smudge shadow, if desired, using Brush
