The botanicals include locally grown pepper lemon and coriander plus Gondhoraj limes (known as the king of limes in West Bengal) Indian bergamot sweet limes Nagpur oranges and classic limes. Notes of kaffir lime juicy citrus liquorice piney juniper sweet spices and warming pepper combine in this smooth and silky gin. A perfect partner to a classic Indian tonic water garnished with a slice of lime and a few peppercorns.
