The One Fine Blended Whisky is an exquisite blend of The Lakes’ very own Single Malt and carefully selected grain and malt whiskies from the Scottish Highlands, Speyside and Islay, all lovingly melded together by the incredibly talented whisky maker Dhavall Gandhi. Ready yourself for complex notes of baked apple, crunchy pear, crème brûlée, heather honey, nutty baklava, festive spices, a hint of wood smoke and a twist of refreshing citrus. What we love most about The One is that it’s gorgeous sipped neat and on the rocks, but it isn’t so pompous that anyone will be mad if you mix it into cocktails – we highly recommend a highball with ginger ale or upgrading the Bourbon in your Boulevardier.
