We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers of BFPO addresses. For international deliveries please select the country required at the top of the website.  

Please note, any delivery to non-residential addresses, properties with multiple occupants, student/temporary accommodation, properties with mail room or concierge services for deliveries, as well as those with courier requests or account preferences allowing for safe place/deliver to a neighbour, are made at the customer’s own risk and Harvey Nichols will not accept liability for any loss or damage of the delivered items.

Please note that our delivery providers do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

STANDARD DELIVERY - £5.95 (Channel Islands £10)

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it within 3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland  

All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your items as they are dispatched, and the relevant courier will contact you to provide updates and options for your delivery.  

BEAUTY PRODUCT STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.50 

The Beauty standard delivery charge of £3.50 only applies to orders containing products from Beauty categories only. If non-Beauty products are added to the order, the cost of UK standard delivery will increase to £5.95. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £8  (Not available to Channel Islands)

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Sunday and we’ll deliver it the next day, excluding bank holidays. Please note not all products are available for Next Day Delivery and you will be told at checkout if any of your products are not eligible. Please allow a further 1-2 days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.  

HAMPER DELIVERY - £5.95 

Our hampers are available for named day delivery between Monday and Saturday. Please select the date of delivery required in the checkout. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for non-mainland addresses. 

COLLECT IN STORE - FREE 

Place your order online and collect from your nearest UK store when it suits you. When your items are ready for collection, we will send you an email to let you know they have arrived. https://www.harveynichols.com/info/help/click-collect/overview/ 

Bring the email which contains a QR code to the collect in store collection point in your chosen store and a member of staff will deliver your item(s) to you.  

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email or text message from our delivery company with tracking details. 

From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website. 

Please note, we may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. 

Can I add a different delivery address to my order? 

Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in the UK that is different to your billing address. When you reach the Delivery Address section of the checkout process, simply click on Add a new address. 

Deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and Harvey Nichols will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred. 

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses? 

Yes, when you reach the Delivery Address section of the checkout process you can select Delivery to multiple addresses.  

Do you deliver to Post Office boxes or Aramex addresses? 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses. 

What if I’m not in when you deliver? 

An email and/or text message is sent to you prior to delivery providing time slot and alternative options should this not be suitable. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left for you to make contact with the courier to rearrange a delivery or to collect from them. If you do not make contact with the courier they will attempt to deliver again on the next working day and then your parcel may be returned to us.  

Can I collect from one of your stores? 

Yes, you can choose to collect your purchased items from most of our UK, and Hong Kong stores. During the checkout process, under Delivery Options, select Collect Instore, then choose the store you wish to collect from. 

This service is free of charge. You will receive an email when the goods are ready to be collected from your preferred store.

What if multiple items in my order are gifts? 

One gift bag or box will be supplied per online order. If you require additional gift bags or boxes, please place separate orders.
