The Diforti family’s most treasured memories revolve around food and the people who make it something we can all relate to. Back in 1875 Michele Diforti decided to share that love with the world. He began by collecting olives from the local farms around his home village Caltanissetta in Sicily and set off by train to spread the word. His family continued in his pioneering eventually focusing their attention on the British market and our love of authentic Italian food.
