Cordon Bleu Extra Old Cognac

Established in 1715, Martell is one of Cognac’s most prestigious and revered names. Famed for its distinctive double distillation method, exceptional vineyards and skilled blending, the Cognacs of Martell are renowned for showing finesse, elegance and a stunning floral character.

Produced in very limited amounts, Martell Cordon Bleu is an Extra Old Cognac for true connoisseurs and has acquired legendary status since its creation by Edouard Martell in 1912. Its distinctive taste, characterised by a predominance of eaux-de-vie from the Borderies, and its timeless bottle design make it a classic, unrivalled in the world of X.O. Cognac.

Explosively aromatic on the nose, this stylish Cognac reveals a delicious combination of spice and fruit notes including apple crumble, plums, orange, mango, dark chocolate, toasted almonds, pepper, Earl Grey tea, wild grass and mocha. Delicate yet rich on the palate, softly spiced undertones are juxtaposed with mocha and floral nuances before a powerful and rich finish takes hold. A serious, sophisticated and iconic example to be sipped and savoured at the end of a meal.
