Bruichladdich Classic Laddie is distilled from 100% Scottish-grown barley. The recipe isn’t set in stone, so it changes year by year depending on which barley variety and casks taste best. Completely unpeated, this is a floral and elegant Islay whisky, alive like a summer meadow. Expect notes of citrus, tablet, stone fruit caramelised in brown sugar, crunchy green apple, malt and granola.
Joining that exceptional whisky are six beers in three different styles. Each one was brewed in collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery to pair with food at our OXO Tower Restaurant.
