Kit’s Coty Blanc de Blancs 2017 is an award-winning sparkling wine made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes grown on Chapel Down’s 95-acre Kit’s Coty vineyard in Kent’s North Downs. Partially fermented in French oak then bottled and aged on lees for three and a half years, this sparkling wine bursts with aromas of ripe apple, buttery pastry and baked bread. It is elegant and well balanced with a fine mousse and a long finish. A perfect choice for elevating any occasion, whether it be simply as an aperitif or enjoyed with shellfish and other light fish dishes.
