Award-winning Kit’s Coty Coeur de Cuvée 2016 is a rich and elegant sparkling wine from the team at Chapel Down. Coeur de Cuvée, which roughly translates as heart of the blend, is produced from the best block of Chardonnay within the Kit’s Coty estate. The grapes are pressed gently, and only the heart of the cuvée is used for the wine.
Matured in French oak and aged for seven years, the complex, rich, 100% Chardonnay wine bursts with aromas of ripe apples, freshly baked bread and toasted nuts and the smooth, fine and balanced palate leads into a long, well integrated and complex finish. An exciting and unique sparkling wine which is great as an aperitif or a perfect accompaniment to light fish and seafood dishes.
