Château La Négly is situated in the village of Fleury d’Aude, in a region known as La Clape. Their 25 hectares of vineyards overlook the Mediterranean, not far from Narbonne in Languedoc. La Côte is a blend of Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache that displays gorgeous floral aromas, a silky palate, chunky tannins and a freshness that is super moreish. We love to pair it with duck, truffles, caramelised port or a Sunday roast. Terrific stuff.
