Leaning up against the Alpilles massif Château d’Estoublon is one of the great estates of the Baux-de-Provence appellation. It has been creating exceptional fine wines and olive oils since 1489. They’ve chosen to write their history in harmony with nature and therefore farm organically. And as if the 200-hectare estate weren’t glamorous enough already it’s owned by Carla Bruni Nicolas Sarkozy and the former owners of Bordeaux’s iconic Château Cos d’Estournel.
