Perfect conditions resulted in a wine that’s brimming with marmalade pineapple apricot jam crème caramel maple syrup chamomile tea heather honey pear tart marzipan lime juice beeswax lemon meringue pie poached yellow plum orange granita and umami notes that will be spectacular with cheese.
