It’s a London Dry Gin that was made to celebrate the distillery receiving its organic certification. And what a gin it is. Crafted using juniper bay leaves cranberries lemon angelica allspice and a hefty slug of Scandi chic it has dark notes from the bay leaves and angelica a tangy fruitiness from cranberries and a good hit of spice. This gin is unfiltered so as not to strip out any of that wonderful flavour and character so it may turn a little cloudy when mixed with water or ice. Bay leaf is such an underrated flavour we just love the way it plays with rhubarb chocolate and cream in cocktails.
Copenhagen Distillery is creating some of Europe’s most exciting whisky gin and aquavit.
