Cygnet 22 is a handcrafted Welsh dry gin from celebrated singer Katherine Jenkins. Made near the artist's childhood home, the gin blends local botanicals from the valleys with pure Welsh water and Jenkins' signature ingredient - Manuka honey - so it glides down easily and can be enjoyed alone over ice.
It's so named after the distillation of a balanced blend of 22 botanicals, including warming juniper and spice and soft notes of vanilla and bee pollen. Pine, citrus, and chamomile round out the flavour profile. To master Jenkins perfect serve, she recommends adding a spritz of light tonic with a fresh slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary, or, for a dinner party-approved update, add 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15ml honey syrup, and garnish with a lemon twist for a signature Bee's Knees cocktail.
