Daffy’s Small Batch Premium Gin is made in Edinburgh using the finest quality traditional botanicals along with some more unusual ingredients such as Lebanese mint. Daffy’s is made by steeping and distilling these unique botanicals in an ancient copper pot whisky still before bottling with the purest Scottish water. Founded by former wine maker and whisky distiller Chris Molyneaux Daffy’s Gin uses the same distillation processes as malt whisky in order to unveil a gin that is exceptionally good to sip and enjoy straight over ice. In addition Daffy’s also makes an amazing gin and tonic (the ‘D&T’) and works exceptionally well in Negroni’s. The figurehead illustration of ‘Daffy’ on the bottle – with her head of flaming curls - was painted in 2014 by Robert McGinnis the artist behind the Breakfast at Tiffany James Bond and Barberella posters. She is his own vision of ‘Daffy’ the Goddess of Gin.
