Rock Rose is a new gin brand hailing from the very north of Scotland. Produced at Dunnet Bay Distillery all the way up in Caithness Rock Rose uses a range of traditional and more unusual local botanicals including sea Buckthorn Rhodiola Rosea Blaeberries and Rowan Berries. In addition both traditional Italian and Bulgarian junipers are used which are blended together to create a unique juniper flavour base.The resulting gin is focused and flavoursome offering fresh juniper notes along with exotic spice and floral notes.
