Edinburgh is a shining beacon of creativity; home to artists scientists philosophers inventors and culinary magicians. And it has been a hotbed for gin-novation since Dutch Genever first flowed in via the docks in Leith in the 1700s until the present day with its burgeoning cocktail scene. So Scotland’s capital needed a distiller that matches its vision inventiveness and heritage; and it finds that in Edinburgh Gin.
