The San Greg Rosato is Feudi’s new premium rosé and is crafted from 100% hand harvested Aglianico grapes, which have grown on the hillside vineyards of Campania for around 20 years. The Aglianico grapes are known for their bold flavours and rich tannins which create a Rosato which offers an intriguing and unique profile.

This elegant pale pink rosé has vibrant red berry aromas alongside delicate floral notes and hints of citrus. These open out to reveal nuances of cherry and wild raspberry alongside crisp, refreshing acidity which leads to a smooth, lingering finish. This sophisticated and uplifting wine is a perfect accompaniment to antipasti, Caprese salad, bruschetta, grilled seafood and classic Italian dishes like pizza and pasta. It also complements dishes with a hint of spice, such as Thai or Indian cuisine. Whether drinking as part of a meal or enjoying on its own, this exciting Italian Rosato is a sublime choice for warm summer days with friends and family.

Feudi di San Gregorio is Southern Italy’s leading winery. Established in 1986, they’ve been creating some of the country’s most exciting wines for over three decades. Their viticulture and winemaking are overseen by Pierpaolo Sirch, who is one half of Simonit & Sirch, the expert pruning team that work with and advise the likes of Leroy, Louis Roederer, Ornellaia, Hennessy Cognac, Château d’Yquem, Château Angélus, Château Latour, Château Ausone, Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, Moët & Chandon, Domaines Ott, Torbreck, Henschke, Klein Constantia and many more. So, although Feudi de San Gregorio may not be quite such a household name, their wines sit alongside the world’s finest.

In 2021, Feudi di San Gregorio was awarded the Equalitas certification, which officially recognises social, environmental and economic pillars of sustainability, through biodiversity, carbon and water footprint and ecological cultivation practices. In the same year the company also received the B Corporation (B Corp) certification, rewarding companies whose aim is to be a positive and regenerative force for the environment and the community. The winery in the town of Sorbo Serpico, designed by the Japanese architect Hikaru Mori, should be on the bucket list of any fine wine connoisseur. Its interiors were created by the designers Massimo and Lella Vignelli, who also contribute to the winery’s stunning labels, alongside other great artists, because Feudi di San Gregorio believe that every bottle of wine is a work of art.
