Foursquare Cask Strength is a single blended rum distilled in 2011 and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for 12 years. The tropical climate of Barbados accelerates the aging process, resulting in a mature and well-integrated expression delivering a deeply moreish and unfathomably complex flavour profile with notes of white chocolate, zesty lemons, fresh ginger and dried coconut accompanied by hints of chewy dried apricots, treacle tart, vanilla ice cream, Christmas cake, poached summer fruit and tart plums.
