Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Asprokambos region of the Nemea PDO, the 15–30-year-old vines grow between 800 and 1,040 metres above sea level. This unique terroir, combined with innovative winemaking, results in a wine of exceptional character.
The name ‘4-6H’ refers to the meticulous pre-fermentation process: freshly harvested grapes are cooled from 28–30°C to 4–6°C, then cold soaked for 4 to 6 hours at 8°C to extract optimal aromatics and hue. After destemming and gentle pressing, the wine is lightly fined, cold stabilised, and minimally filtered—all while remaining 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly.
The result is a vibrant, aromatic rosé brimming with notes of rose petals, pomegranate, and wild strawberries, framed by crisp acidity and a refreshing, lively finish. A modern Greek classic in every sense.
