A rare and special release from the rejuvenated GlenAllachie. This is a cask-strength bottling of their 21-year-old whisky, aged in Pedro Ximenez and Olorosa puncheons and hogsheads. This leads to a whisky which is abundant in notes of fruitcake, rich mocha and ripe cherries. You will also pick up honeycomb, molasses, caramelized brown sugar, orange zest, orchard fruits and candied ginger.
