Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this robust but refined expression shows the admirable ageing potential of rosé Champagne. The unique blend has been skilfully crafted to bring out a rich palette of aromas alongside chalky minerality, savoury undertones, vibrant acidity and fine bubbles. The fourth rosé release in the House range expresses all the subtlety of the vintages from the end of the 2000s and perfectly pairs with dishes such as Peking duck, prawn risotto, aromatic cheeses and exotic salads. This cuvée reflects Gosset’s philosophy of letting the wine decide the right time for release, ensuring only the best quality reaches the consumer.
