Located in the heart of Boutenac one of the best sub-regions of Corbières Château Ollieux Romanis farm all their vineyards organically and sustainably. The estate has been in Pierre Bories’ family for over 150 years, but wines have been produced in the region since Roman times. In recent years they have moved towards a more natural wine approach focussing on indigenous yeasts minimal sulphur and organic compost made from leftover grape skins to allow their exceptional terroir to really shine.
