Displaying an intense fusion of dark chocolate, brown sugar and tangy marmalade flavours, the Harvey Nichols Espresso Style Blend is lovingly crafted using selected coffees from Colombia, Sumatra, Ethiopia and Brazil. It’s expertly blended, roasted slightly darker for more depth, and then ground for use in all coffee machines. As the name suggests, this blend is specially designed to be enjoyed as an espresso style coffee.
Simply boil the kettle and warm the pot, cafetière, or wet the filter paper, then throw this water away. Use 30g of ground coffee per 500ml of water. When the water has boiled, cover the grounds and let them ‘bloom’, then spiral pour in the rest of the water. Exercise great restraint for 3 to 4 minutes whilst the coffee brews, then plunge or watch out for the last drip, pour and enjoy.
