Our Amaretto delivers all the delicious nutty notes that we know and love in a great Amaretto, but we made the choice to tone down on the sweetness, meaning that as well as working as a stunning liqueur, this can also be used as an aperitif too. Enjoy it in an Amaretto Sour, a Godfather, add to a Mai Tai or even give yourself an incredibly luxurious coffee.
For our Limoncello, we use the peels of sun-ripened Italian lemons which are left to steep in a neutral spirit for a minimum of seven days before being combined with just sugar and water. The ingredients are then left to marry together for as long as possible, with filtration happening right before bottling for maximum depth of flavour. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif, a cocktail base, or a delightful digestif, our Limoncello promises the taste of summer that lingers long after the last sip.
The Harvey Nichols Sloe Gin is made exclusively for us in Gloucestershire by fruit farmers turned liqueur specialists Bramley & Gage using a 200-litre copper pot still called Kathleen. Made in minuscule batches using an unrivalled sloe to gin ratio, it’s matured unhurriedly for around six months to extract all the goodness from the organic wild hand-picked fruit. Add a drop to a celebratory glass of English Sparkling to create a British twist on the Kir Royale; drink it long with ginger ale on cold days; mix it into the incredible ‘The Modern Cocktail’; or get creative with your next Negroni Gin Fizz or Sloe-jito.
