Our Salice Salentino Riserva DOC is pure Negroamaro – a grape whose name means ‘black and bitter’ for the deep colour chunky tannins and earthy dark chocolate and black tea flavours it produces – matured in French oak for approximately six months. Intense and silky smooth with sophisticated woody spices this wine offers a quality to price ratio that’s off the charts.

Giovanni Battista and his wife Teresa Manara visited Salento in the 1950s and fell in love with the region. Now the whole family makes wine there.
