Domaine Chanson were bought by Champagne Bollinger just before their 250th anniversary. Massive investment, a new winery, improved vineyard management and the expertise of Jean-Pierre Confuron (from Vosne-Romanée’s Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot) have ushered in a new era for this historic Burgundy producer.
Rich, powerful and fruity, our Bordeaux Supérieur is a pure Merlot selected for us by wine-whizz Jonathan Maltus, the cult Saint-Émilion garagiste behind Château Teyssier and Le Dôme. With a host of high-flying awards, our vegan-friendly Bordeaux makes a prize-winning match for roasts, bakes, stews and comfort food. All in all, it’s a superior Supérieur.
