It erupts from the glass with intense aromas of cinnamon and clove, before blackberry, crème de cassis, digestive biscuit and sage take over. On the rich palate, lush cherry, concentrated blackberry, plum crumble, vanilla cream and dark chocolate dominate, while a pleasant acidity keeps things fresh on the finish.
