To achieve the Flawless Face, saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to set makeup. 

Professional Technique:

Double set areas that need more blurring, like fine lines, large pores, and texture. 

Spot set difficult-to-reach areas, like around nostrils, with a small flat tapered brush like Secret Camouflage Powder Brush.​
