With a deep, blood orange colour and very fine, persistent bubbles, the Alexandra Rosé shares red fruits with sweet bitter undertones on the nose leading to an explosion of intense fruitiness, rich warmth and bitter orange on the palate. A proud companion for rich meats and strong sauces, this wine would be as comfortable being sipped on the terrace in the sunshine, as served alongside a lamb ragout with garlic and herb pangratatto.
