The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal is crafted from 100% Espadín agave and produced in small batches in San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca. The agave plants are not harvested until they reach full maturity at eight years of age, resulting in a sweet and herbaceous expression with aromas of fresh herbs and hints of woodsmoke. The flavours of chopped agave, sweet red apple and ripe fruits burst through when taking a sip, before smoothing out and leading to a well-balanced, slightly smoky finish.
