Smaller and extremely rare to find, the Tobalá is aged for 10 years in San Pable Huixtepec in Oaxaca, and reveals intense and complex flavours of smoky, earthy and herbal notes, alongside hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
Aromas of dry tobacco, wood and cocoa burst forth leading to hints of vanilla and notes of leather and clay. The finish is smooth and uniquely balanced with earthy freshness, citrus and brilliant umami depth.
